Freedom, Strength, Healing

Lizbeth was born in the Caribbean, where her Mayan ancestry takes root and extends into the Pacific Northwest of North America. Raised bilingually in Private Catholic School in English and Spanish, she later studied French in Aix-en-Provence, France. She holds dual master’s degrees in Philosophy and the Science of Clinical Yoga Therapy from Loyola Marymount University and Maryland University.
Her health journey began with classical yoga through the lineage of Gurani Anjali and deepened through immersive studies in India, where she lived in a Jain Ashram alongside ascetic Jain monks and nuns. Today, she continues her contemplative path as an active practitioner within the Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism, through her teacher Guru Wangchen Rinpoche deepening her insight through the practice of Nyungne.
With experience teaching in Southern India and beyond, Lizbeth brings intentionality and emotional intelligence to her practice, crafting skillfully designed sessions that cultivate self trust, supportive direction and wisdom.
Her mission is to serve as a reliable, ecological conduit, guiding others toward optimal well-being. Based in Los Angeles, she shares the transformative power of integrated lifestyle and sound ceremonies with individuals of all backgrounds, welcoming everyone to experience profound positive change.
